Seasonal Customer Service and Sales Associate

MUST BE A FAST LEARNER!

We will teach associate to test pool and spa water and make chemical recommendations. Responsible for stocking and cleaning retail store. Must have good phone skills, good penmanship, and work well with others. Looking for an upbeat, out going person to interact with customers. Must be able to lift and load 50 lb. chemicals often. Monthly commissions paid on all sales!

New hire will have 1 day off during the week and every Sunday off. Every Saturday will be required to work unless approved in advance.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promote sales to enhance customer experience.

Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service and driving sales in a retail environment. Your core cash handling, retail sales, and customer service skills will enable you to assist customers effectively and accurately manage transactions. Utilizing your premium skills in phone etiquette and product demos, you will engage customers and showcase products, enhancing their shopping experience. Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette
• Proficient in retail sales and cash handling, including experience with cash registers
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math principles
• Experience with product demonstrations and merchandising
• Ability to work in a grocery store environment and manage stocking duties
