What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist position at Luther Manor?
As our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our employees and helping us grow strong teams. You'll manage a large recruitment workload while building meaningful relationships across the organization.
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Support preboarding to create a seamless new hire experience.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring results.
Conduct HR file audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Support employee relations, benefits, leave management, and engagement initiatives.
Promote our culture and values through everything you do.
What We're Looking For:
3–7 years of HR and/or recruiting experience (or strong skills and potential).
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and adaptable with HR/recruitment systems.
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
