Here ya go!! Attention--Long Term Care Nurses! Let’s skip the standard nursing-home job ad. You already know the job, Med pass. Treatments. Assessments. Families. Providers. Documentation. Admissions. And approximately 47 interruptions while trying to accomplish all of the above. Luther Manor is hiring FULL-TIME LPNs. We’re looking for nurses who:
- Show up and can be counted on
- Notice when something isn’t right with a resident
- Communicate instead of letting problems become the next shift’s surprise
- Complete good, timely documentation
- Treat residents AND coworkers with respect
- Lead their CNAs — and work alongside them when things get busy
- Ask questions when they don’t know something
- Can handle a little chaos without creating more of it
We’re not going to promise that every shift is easy. It’s long-term care. It isn’t! But you’ll know your residents. You’ll use your nursing skills. You’ll make decisions that matter.
