Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNA's to join our team here at Luther Manor at Hillcrest and provide high-quality care to our residents. We are currently recruiting for a Certified Nursing Assistant for all shifts to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report and changes to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current CNA License
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist patients and mobility as needed
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule
- Aility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
