9:00am-6:00pm
Every other Weekend-Rotation on Holidays
Starting wage $18.00 a hour, wage based on experience
Our Dining Services department is a trusted partner to care for and provide excellent care to our residents. As a Cook you will prepare starches and assists with entrée preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luther Manor cooks follow specific dietary restrictions and provides alternatives for our residents.

- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous cooking experience
- Experience in quantity food production or its' equivalent
- Basic math skills when adjusting recipes which includes measuring and scaling
- Knowledge of safe and productive use of kitchen machines including mixers, processors, slicers, steamers, and computer-aided ovens
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment which includes enduring temperatures ranging from -8 degrees to 100 degrees
- Must be able to transport and empty food containers with an average weight of 50 lbs
- Reports directly to the Sous-Chef or Executive Chef
