Luther Lanard PC is seeking a Sales & Client Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key support to the client relations team. This is a hybrid role: 75% client relations, 25% administrative support. You'll work 4 days in our Newport Beach office and 1 day remotely. Compensation:$70,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:What You'll Do Be the First Voice Clients Hear Conduct initial consultations with prospective franchisee clients, understanding their concerns and determining how we can help Make follow-up calls that feel personal, not robotic—you're building relationships, not just checking boxes Help manage our potential client pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks Support Business Development Attend conferences and trade shows to represent the firm and connect with franchisees who need our help Assist with client onboarding to ensure new clients have a smooth experience from day one Manage data and systems that keep the client relations engine running smoothly Keep the Office Running Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming office environment in Newport Beach Coordinate with vendors and internal team members as needed What Makes This Role Different You're Not "Just Admin" Yes, there's administrative work involved—every role has some.
