Luther Burbank School District is a small, student-centered TK–8 school district located in the heart of San Jose, California. Serving approximately 400 students, our district is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child is known, valued, and empowered to succeed. The Instructional Aide supports teachers and students by assisting with classroom instruction, small-group and individual student support, supervision, and the preparation of instructional materials. Instructional Aides work collaboratively with teachers and staff to promote student achievement, positive behavior, and a welcoming school climate. Successful candidates demonstrate patience, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping students learn and grow.
Requirements / Qualifications
Letter of Introduction 2 Letters of Recommendation(within the last 24 months), one from direct supervisor ESSA Compliance Proof of HS Graduation Resume TB Screening Result The district application, DOJ finger prints, and current TB test are required.
