- Assist attorneys with legal document preparation
- Conduct research and writing for cases
- Prepare for trials, depositions, and appellate hearings
- Prior experience in commercial litigation, person injury, construction and civil procedure.
- Strong knowledge of needed Litigation tasks and court procedure
- Ability to handle product liability, person injury defense, business litigation
- Famaliar with rules of procedure on how to collect various records in TN and GA including but not limited to medical records, Police records, docments form govermental entities
- Ability to review access , summerize and comprehend various documents.
