- EDUCATION FIRST - Bachelor’s degree in FIELD, FIELD, FIELD, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- YEARS’ EXP SECOND - 10 years' experience in successfully managing and overseeing large (>$500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
- LIST ALL REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE WITH TECHNOLOGY SKILLS AT THE END
- Experience with industry standard project / construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Unifier, Kahua, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- USE SAME ORDER AS ABOVE
- Master's degree in FIELD, FIELD, or FIELD.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect Registration (AIA).
- Familiarity or proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Cloud Analytics, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
