Lusso by Lisa is a luxury resale brand specializing in authentic designer pieces under retail, sold-out items, and curated vintage. We sell through Instagram, live shows, private clients, and pop-up events across NYC and New Jersey.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who can help run the day-to-day and sell product.
This is a hands-on role focused on content, inventory, live selling, and pop-ups. You will work directly with the founder and be involved in all areas of the business.

Responsibilities
• Photograph products and prepare items for sale
• Upload listings to Shopify and resale platforms
• Post daily on Instagram Stories and assist with content
• Assist with and host live selling (Whatnot, Instagram, TikTok)
• Pack and ship orders
• Organize and manage inventory
• Work in-person pop-ups (NYC NJ)
• Setup and breakdown
• Sell directly to customers
• Assist with styling and product knowledge
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with sales via DMs

Requirements
• Local to Bergen County, NJ
• Available for weekdays and select weekends
• Comfortable on camera and speaking to customers
• Strong interest in fashion and willingness to learn luxury brands
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-oriented mindset and positive attitude

• Experience with live selling platforms (Whatnot, TikTok, IG Live)
• Familiarity with designer brands or resale
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Basic photography or video editing skills

Compensation
Hourly pay opportunity for commission and growth within the company
