Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for loading and unloading items, maintaining the delivery vehicle, and adhering to all safety regulations.
Duties
- Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Help with other various prep duties as well (washing dishes, making boxes, or other prep that is needed for the day)
- A variety of closing duties such as mopping, sweeping and keeping your station cleaned
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills.
- Working well in a team environment
