Lush Scapes Charleston is a fine gardening and landscape maintenance company specializing in seasonal color, detailed garden care, and high-quality residential and restaurant properties. We are hiring a Fine Gardener / Gardener who enjoys working outdoors, caring for plants, and contributing to beautiful, well-maintained gardens.

This role includes seasonal flowers, containers, window boxes, and garden beds, along with broader fine gardening and landscape maintenance work throughout the year. Experience is valued and compensated, but motivated individuals with a strong interest in plants and gardening are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Install and maintain seasonal color in containers, window boxes, and garden beds
• Perform plant care, pruning, deadheading, fertilization, and garden maintenance
• Assist with planting layout and garden refreshes
• Monitor plant health, including basic pest and disease management
• Work with irrigation and drip irrigation systems
• Complete general landscape maintenance, clean-ups, and garden improvements
• Maintain high standards of detail, organization, and garden presentation
• Work independently and as part of a skilled, hands-on gardening team

Who You Are

• Enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and weather
• Interested in gardening, horticulture, and plant care
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time well
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and open to learning
• Clean driving record required
• Experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is a plus
