Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in our medspa. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in aesthetic treatments and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our clients. Must be experienced in injectables (Botox, Fillers, and More). Spanish-speaking candidates is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and consultations to identify needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), laser therapies, and skincare procedures.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommended skincare products.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aesthetic nursing.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in CA.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medspa, aesthetic, or dermatology setting.
- 3 years on injectables experience (Neurotoxins, fillers, bio-stimulator)
- Threads experienced is a plus
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox and fillers) is a plus.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
