About Us
Dead Crow was born in a dark basement on Front Street and found its new home on bustling Third Street in 2021. Our showroom, now larger and livelier, shares a space with Lush Garden Bar—a hidden gem where patrons can enjoy craft beer, cocktails, and wine in a spacious indoor bar or lush outdoor beer garden.
Dead Crow Comedy Room hosts live comedy shows Thursday through Saturday, featuring nationally-recognized talent and rising stars. Whether it’s a night of laughter or a relaxing drink in the garden, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Position Summary
As a member of our Door/Barback Staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during our events and bar service. From assisting with barback duties to managing the flow of guests at the door, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to maintain the lively and welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning, and maintaining bar areas.
- Manage guest entry at the door, including checking IDs and ensuring a seamless flow of patrons.
- Provide support during events to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the high standards of Dead Crow and Lush Garden Bar.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as these are our busiest times.
