Job Title: Retail & Online Store Lead

Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full time, Tuesday through Saturday. Must be available to work all five days. Exact daily hours may vary based on store needs.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Retail & E Commerce Coordinator to help manage the day to day operations of our women's boutique and online store.

This is a hands on role that combines retail sales, ecommerce, customer service, inventory, vendor communication, online order fulfillment, and general store operations. The right person will be comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities and working independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Help manage day to day store operations
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and customer issues
• Add new merchandise to our ecommerce website
• Create and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, photos, sizes, variants, and inventory
• Keep online inventory and product information accurate and up to date
• Fulfill, package, and prepare ecommerce orders for shipment
• Handle online returns and order issues
• Receive, organize, and check in new merchandise
• Restock and merchandise products throughout the store
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, inventory, returns, credits, damages, and product issues
• Help place and track vendor orders
• Assist with inventory management and counts
• Work with our social media team by helping take product photos, videos, and occasional content featuring new arrivals or promotions
• Help identify new products, trends, and merchandise opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Work directly with ownership on store, ecommerce, inventory, and operational needs

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ecommerce, boutique, merchandising, or inventory experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, ecommerce platforms, POS systems, and basic office software
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail, especially with pricing, inventory, product listings, and customer orders
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and resolving issues
• Interest in women's fashion and current trends
• Dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable occasionally helping create photos or videos for social media
• Background check and drug screen may be required

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple parts of a retail business. During a typical day, you may help customers, add new arrivals to the website, receive merchandise, communicate with a vendor, pack ecommerce orders, process a return, and help capture content for a new product.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and wants a position with more responsibility than a traditional retail sales associate.
