Pest Sales Representative

General Job Objectives

• Responsible for ensuring that our customers’ expectations for their pest overall needs are being met and/or exceeded.
  
  

Essential Job Duties

• Sell Pest Care Programs to our customers and prospects by phone, in person and at trade shows.
• Become proficient in our indoor and outdoor pest services.
• Turn in completed sales leads paper work daily.
• Communicate with manager about any customer issues.
• Educate customer on best practices, products used, and results.
• Answer customer’s questions on their service(s) program and provide solutions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
  
  

Desired Experience

• Minimum 1-year sales experience; however, experience is not required as we provide on the job training.
  
  

Skills/Abilities

• Coachable, problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivated, competitive team player, working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Good phone and email communication skills, customer service skills and reliable transportation.
• Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Excel, Google, Gmail, etc.)
  
  

Compensation Package
