Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, employees are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and be accurate and precise
- Coach-able, charismatic, confident, disciplined, and consistent
- Basic awareness of the Lawn Industry is a plus
- Prior call center experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High School graduate or GED.
