Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Handle bussing duties by clearing tables and disposing of waste promptly.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring timely service during events or busy shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older.
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
