Elements Lawn & Landscape has an immediate opening for a full-time Landscape Enhancement Foreman at our Austin location. We are looking for a hard-working individual who wants to grow with our company. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required for this position.

Job Requirements:
- Must be familiar with and able to operate a dump truck, truck with trailer, skid steer, backpack blower, tiller, chainsaw, hand pruners, pole pruners, gas-powered shears, and other related landscaping equipment and tools.
- Landscape installation experience
- Ability to oversee and lead an enhancement crew
- Knowledge of landscaping construction techniques
- Plant care knowledge, including enhancement installations, seasonal color, and plant materials
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and regularly lift objects weighing 50–80 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily
Required Qualifications:
- Landscape enhancement experience
- 3 years of foreman experience
- Valid driver’s license (held for a minimum of 3 years with a clean driving record)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Salary : $22 - $28
