JBK Landscape is currently seeking an experienced Enhancement Project Foreman to lead landscape installation and property enhancement projects in the field. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in high-end residential landscaping and landscape construction.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys leading crews, and wants to grow with a professional landscaping company.
Pay
$24–$28 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience and Qualifications )
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enhancement and installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and work alongside field crews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Coordinate project materials, equipment, and daily job site activities
- Install plant materials, irrigation components, and landscape enhancements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and timelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installation foreman in:
- High-end residential landscaping
- Landscape construction
- Property enhancement projects
- Ability to lift 50–80 pounds regularly
- Experience operating heavy equipment including:
- Skid loaders
- Rototillers
- Trenchers
- Trucks with utility trailers
- Strong understanding of plant materials and proper installation techniques
- Irrigation knowledge is a plus
- Pesticide Applicator License is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
