Landscape Crew Leader – High-End Commercial Properties

Landscapes USA is Hiring an Experienced Landscape Crew Leader!

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Landscape Crew Leader with experience maintaining high-end commercial properties, luxury residential communities, HOAs, and professionally managed landscapes in Jacksonville, FL .

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew to ensure high-quality work and productivity.

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations at high-end properties.

• Maintain exceptional standards for mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and overall property appearance.

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.

• Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently.

• Train, motivate, and supervise crew members.

• Conduct quality inspections and identify areas requiring additional attention.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding property conditions, equipment issues, and crew performance.

• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional landscape maintenance experience, in high-end commercial properties, luxury communities, or HOAs.

• Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Leader, Foreman.

• Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and equipment.

• Experience leading and managing landscape maintenance crews.

• Ability to recognize quality issues and maintain high standards of property appearance.

• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.

• Experience operating trucks with trailers.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Required Experience

• Maintaining luxury residential communities, upscale HOAs, corporate campuses, and Class A commercial properties.

• Knowledge of ornamental plants, proper pruning techniques, seasonal landscape maintenance, and plant health.

• Basic irrigation knowledge and ability to identify irrigation problems.

• Experience working with demanding property standards and detailed maintenance schedules.
