We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team at Landscapes USA in Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in administration, human resources, and/or accounting who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Frequent interaction with customers and employees
- Following up on estimates and inquiries
- Data entry and document filing
- Assisting with new hire onboarding
- Creating and maintaining employee files
- Translating as needed (English/Spanish)
- Supporting light accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable
- Being open to new responsibilities as the role evolves
Pay Range
$18-20, Based on experience
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several priorities efficiently
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients, vendors, and employees
