Lurie, LLP is seeking a Client Service Paraprofessional with strong organizational, people, and process skills.  This individual provides exceptional service to clients by understanding and anticipating the client’s needs, providing clear and timely communication, and ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered. This role is an integral part of our team to ensure ongoing projects are completed timely, efficiently, and that our clients are well served.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Interacting and being a key point of communication with clients and internal professionals
  • Managing workflow related to client service deadlines
  • Data entry and report preparation for clients and for internal workflow
  • Receiving and reviewing client documentation
  • Assisting with any other administrative duties that may arise

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Project management experience
  • A.A. in Business, Accounting or Finance or relevant accounting experience
  • Ability to work independently and to contribute to the team’s culture and success
  • Ease with multiple technology platforms
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to easily adapt to evolving priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Robust communication skills, both written & verbal
