The ideal server candidate will possess:
- Two years of serving experience in a casual fine dining, or fine dining environment
- A guest-first approach to hospitality
- The ability to anticipate guests’ service needs
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, and the drive to learn more
- A positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Symphony is a plus
