Requirements
Server Responsibilities:
- Take guest orders
- Fulfill guest requests
- Carry hot and cold plates to guests
- Lift and carry trays with drinks
- Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
- Process payments
- Make change
- Light cleaning
- Interact professionally with guests
- Side work
- Light cleaning
- Take garbage and recycling (if applicable) to dumpster
- Sweep floors
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Restroom checks
- Keep restaurant in like new condition during and after every shift
- Must have superior knowledge of food, drinks, standards, and expectations
Server Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds
