Social Media Manager – Full Time

Lure Digital is a content and digital marketing agency based in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. We partner with a wide range of brands to create compelling content and execute effective marketing strategies across digital platforms.
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team and help manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
At Lure, you will work with a variety of brands, which keeps the work creative, fast-paced, and constantly evolving.
Compensation & Benefits
- $34–$36 per hour

- Flexible hours within a full-time schedule
- Hybrid work environment (1 required day in-office, 4 optional WFH, travel to production days)
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
- Select photos and write captions for a variety of industries including:
-Automotive
-Healthcare
-Fashion
-Hospitality
- Conduct hashtag and trend research
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Pull analytics and make decisions based around performance
- Manage community engagement and maintain brand voice
- Attend weekly client meetings to review performance and strategy
- Assist with basic digital advertising campaigns
- Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement
Primary Platforms
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
Ideal Candidate
- Strong writer who can adapt tone and voice across different brands
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Clear communicator with both clients and internal teams
- Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to company success
Intermediate level knowledge of:
- Photography
- Photo editing
- Video editing (Capcut)
Salary : $34 - $36
