🛠 ERP Platforms: SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Other c iptionWe are se eking an experienced Scrum Master with strong ERP implementation and delivery experience to support Agile teams working on complex enterprise systems. This is a contract position ideal for a hands-on Scrum Master who can drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and partner closely with Product Owners, functional consultants, and technical teams. p nsibilities • Facili tate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Coach cross-functional teams on Scrum and Agile principles • Suppor t ERP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives • Remove team impediments and manage dependencies across ERP workstreams • Partne r with Product Owners/ Project Manager to refine and prioritize the backlog • Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery risks) • Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams • Promot e continuous improvement and team accountability d Qualifications • 3 yea rs of experience as a Scrum Master • Hands- on experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks • Experi ence supporting distributed or cross-functional teams • Excell ent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Abilit y to work independently in a contract environment e Qualifications • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) • Experi ence in large-scale ERP implementations or transformations • Knowle dge of DevOps, release management, or SAFe frameworks
