We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and recommendations on health insurance policies to individuals and businesses. Your primary focus will be to ensure clients receive the best insurance policies that meet their needs and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations on insurance policies that meet clients' needs.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and prospects to ensure clients are well informed about their options.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide the best guidance to clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
