We are a specialized glazing and architectural systems subcontractor serving the San Diego commercial construction market and we are looking to add a leader to our growing team. In our 15 years in business, we have been focused on building three things - our exceptional team, a modern infrastructure that can scale and long-term relationships with our clients. We are now poised to take our operation to the next level, and we are looking to add a Sr Project Manager to help get us there!

- Help coach and develop the next wave of project leadership
Key Accountabilities
1. Project Leadership
You will serve the field by being prepared, engaged and accessible. You will be an effective communicator, providing the team with clear direction and timely information. You will lead the project by serving others.
2. Client Experience
You will lead our team to deliver high-quality work and a professional client experience that builds trust and long-term partnerships. You will anticipate your clients' needs and will be proactive in communicating project status and challenges, no matter how uncomfortable the discussion may be. You will be prompt in responding to the client's inquiries further proving how important their project is to us. You will play a key role in our pursuit to convert clients into fans.
3. Proactive Planning & Risk Management
You will be proactive in identifying conflicts and providing solutions to our field teams and clients before they affect cost, schedule or quality. You will be in constant communication with field leadership and will focus on ensuring that our field crews have what they need, when they need it.
4. Project Schedule
You will be accountable for developing, maintaining and actively managing the project schedule to support successful execution in the field. You will be relentless in your pursuit to deliver on commitments made to our field teams and clients. You will be "pushing" the schedule for our clients by being prepared and informed on the overall progress of the job and promptly communicating potential delays regardless of who is at fault.
5. Project Financials
You own the financial health of the project with an emphasis on healthy cash flow. This includes accurate forecasting, timely cost control, disciplined change management and prompt billings and collections. You will utilize the systems and reporting in place to help align financial decisions, inform key stakeholders and protect the project's financial performance.

- Experience managing detailed and technical projects from the position of a subcontractor (technical glazing experience a BIG plus)
- A strong systems mindset. You naturally think in workflows and outcomes which reduce variability

- Clear, professional communication skills
- Someone who enjoys building structure and taking ownership
