Thank you for considering employment in the Lunenburg Public Schools.The Lunenburg Public Schools seeks a motivated individual to serve as an evening custodian. Location: Lunenburg Primary School1401 Mass Ave Lunenburg MA 01462Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Cleaning classrooms, hallways, and restrooms.- Work will include sweeping, dry mopping, vacuuming, washing, and disinfecting.- Removal of snow (typically confined to sidewalks and entryways).- Light MaintenanceThe successful candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent time management skills and have the ability/skill to interact well with people. Light maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), year-round position, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m.
to 10:00 p.m. Custodians are covered by the Lunenburg Custodial Union #503 contract--salary/benefits per this contract. Hiring is subject to satisfactory CORI and SAFIS Background Checks per 603 CMR 51.This position will remain open until filled.
