About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering excellent technical on call support to clients, managing technical aspects of our products and services, performing data analysis, utilizing AI for efficiencies, and conducting system audits. This position is STEM OPT eligible as it requires strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills directly related to Information Technology and Data Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for technical queries from clients regarding our website, platform, and digital tools.
- Manage end-to-end technical support for all Lune Spark products, services, and offerings.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving client experience and system performance.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality, security, and optimal performance of websites, tools, and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, user accounts, integrations, and product features.
- Document technical problems, solutions, and client interactions in the support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve website performance, user experience, and product reliability.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues through audits and data insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Strong experience in technical support and client-facing troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL/Python is a plus).
- Solid understanding of website technologies, platforms, and digital tools, and AI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, WIX, Webflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of system auditing and performance monitoring
- Experience using support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, WIX)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
