Overview: This position is responsible for maintaining a hospitable, courteous, and efficient manufacturing environment. Duties include providing leadership and direction to sanitation team as well as performing general cleaning to ensure equipment and facility is cleaned and sanitized.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily on the production floor in addition to any and all areas of the facility
What to Expect: Sanitation work in a team-oriented environment including hand washing and/or operating pan and machine washing equipment. You will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and lead staff to ensure location and personal goals are met. In addition, you will be responsible for performing inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation laws and location standards.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have previous supervisory experience, sanitation experience, and the ability to comply with manufacturing safety and sanitation regulations.
