Bakery Production Lead

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Bakery Production Lead to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $30.30.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 12:00am-8:00pm.

BAKERY PRODUCTION LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Bakery Production Leads are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Directing, leading, and training staff
• Assisting bakery production operations from start to finish; including mixing, proofing, oven and machine operations, and packaging
• Maintain cleanly work area which may include cleaning floors, utensils, equipment, walls and metal surfaces to keep them clean, sanitary and orderly

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Minimum of two (2) years' work in bakery
  • Prior supervisory experience
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Completes tasks promptly and carefully
  • Ability to work quickly and cleanly
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities
  • Must have the ability to interpret and follow a recipe and procedures
  • Ability to read and write English
