Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in Colonial Heights, VA. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and handling personal insurance needs. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, processing insurance applications, and assisting with policy changes. The role also involves educating clients about insurance options and employee benefits, ensuring they have the best coverage available.
