Lund
South Burlington, VT Full Time
POSTED ON 12/13/2025 CLOSED ON 1/11/2026

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids-A-Part Facility Case Manager position at Lund?

We believe that every child deserves connection, stability, and love—even when circumstances make that connection harder to maintain. Through our Kids-A-Part (KAP) Parenting Program, we work to strengthen the relationships between incarcerated parents, their children, and their children’s caregivers, offering vital support that helps families remain bonded and resilient.

We seek a Facility Case Manager who will play a pivotal role in this work. Based inside the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility, this role walks alongside incarcerated parents as they navigate staying connected to their children. From the very first orientation and intake meeting, the Facility Case Manager is a trusted guide, creating individualized family service plans that outline pathways for connection. This position facilitates phone calls, video visits and in-person visits that allow parents and children to maintain meaningful connections, leads group sessions, supports participation in virtual family court hearings, and partners closely with Department of Corrections staff, facility caseworkers, medical providers, schools, courts, Probation and Parole, the Department for Children and Families, and a wide network of human service agencies across Vermont.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position based within the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility in South Burlington, Vermont. This position may require some occasional alternative shifts to support family connections. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25/hr. For the full job description, click here.
