Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist in managing multiple organizations development plans to include budgets, timelines, strategic planning, events, major donor cultivation and stewardship, and fundraising
· Listen to client’s vision and mission to effectively tailor campaign approach to serve the goals of the client
· Help cultivate and steward relationships with major and individual donors
· Onboard new clients and setup their Monday.com boards as well as Google Drive folders
· Track donor relationships and touchpoints as well as campaign tasks and development through Monday.com software
· Attend client meetings virtually and/or in person and track meeting content as well as action items
· Manage the action items for each client and ensure follow through by assigned person
· Come up with creative solutions and ideas for each client to keep their campaigns moving forward
· Contribute to persuasive writing for grants and donor communications
· Develop connections and cultivate positive relationships with clients, community members, and potential clients
· Create donor proposals, campaign press documents, and other materials for donor meetings and fundraising
· Attend events to help solicit and cultivate new donors as well as steward existing donorrelationships for clients

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
