Role Description
This role for a Property Maintenance Technician located is available both part-time and full-time. The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing the work for our services listed above. In a part-time role, you would most likely be helping with the labor for these services, so it's ideal for a side hustle. In a full-time role, you have the option to additionally assist with bringing in sales, generating and converting leads, marketing the business, process improvement and other day-to-day operations. Compensation is negotiable based on what you are willing to bring to the table.
Qualifications
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Experience with our Property Maintenance Services: Pressure Washing, Roof & Gutter Cleaning, Surface & Window Cleaning, Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance, Snow Removal and Leaf Removal.
- Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Relevant certifications or technical training in property maintenance are a plus
