Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other large surfaces.
• Use ladders and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas for thorough cleaning.
• Perform manual handling of heavy equipment, hoses, and debris to ensure proper setup and cleanup.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate chemicals and techniques to remove stubborn dirt, grime, mold, or graffiti.
• Maintain safety standards by wearing protective gear and adhering to health and safety protocols during outdoor work.
• Execute floor buffing and surface polishing tasks to enhance appearance after pressure washing is completed.
• Document completed work orders, report maintenance needs for equipment, and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.

Experience

• Prior experience in outdoor or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ladder use, manual handling practices, and heavy lifting techniques to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, including the use of pressure washers, chemicals, and safety equipment.
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is preferred.
• Ability to operate fire extinguishers confidently as part of safety training or emergency response protocols.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety standards related to industrial cleaning equipment and procedures.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
