Your Role
- Growth Opportunity: This position begins at the Assistant Director level, with a defined path to grow into a Director role as responsibilities expand and leadership capabilities are demonstrated, based on performance and organizational needs.
- Work Schedule: 30-35 hours per week, including weekdays and Saturdays.
- Operations & Guest Experience Leadership: You are the heart of our daily operations - managing appointments, ensuring guest satisfaction, and delivering a consistent 5-star experience.
- Leadership & Team Development: Support back-end operations, manage employee schedules, and lead monthly team meetings to maintain alignment, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture. (Mandatory team meeting: First Wednesday morning of each month.)

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Performance-based raises available as early as 90 days
- Bonus opportunities

- Potential health insurance bonus of up to $120/month after 6 months
Commitment
- 2-3 year minimum commitment required (we value team members who are excited to grow long-term, ideally 5 years).
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Leadership/Management Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year (Required)
- Experience with Zenoti Software (Preferred)
