Responsibilities

- Support children’s social-emotional development through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with lead teachers and specialists in implementing individualized plans for children requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to childcare standards and promoting child welfare practices.

Skills
