Key Responsibilities
- Help craft and implement contractual documentation
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and the federal government
- Review contractual terms, identify risks, and negotiate on behalf of the company
- Coordinate contract implementations between the company and subcontractors while ensuring both parties are adhering to obligations
- Quarterly review and maintain all contract records, while guaranteeing thorough and accurate compliance
- Coordinate and support contract administration across departments
- Support government compliance activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in contract administration or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industry and/or a technology startup environment
- Strong understanding of contract law, including contract formation, interpretation, and implementation
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining positive relationships with partners and vendors
- Experience working on contracts with the U.S. government
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry and/or a technology startup environment
- Advanced degree or certification (i.e., JD, CPCM)
- Experience working in the space industry or with NASA or DoD contracts, including familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and NASA FAR Supplement (NFS)
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights and licensing agreements related to space technology
- Experience with international contracts and cross-border transactions
