What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pick Team Specialist position at Lunar Distribution?
Lunar is looking to hone its operations by finding individuals with high attention to detail and a desire to be a part of an all-star, industry-leading team. We are looking for highly focused and driven individuals who are capable of becoming lead order pickers to set the standard and uphold Lunar’s reputation for accuracy and speed in order fulfillment.
Employee duties include, but are not limited to:
- Picking retail client orders of varying sizes
- Work toward daily personal and team goals
- Quality control to ensure the shipment of undamaged products
- A high level of communication to ensure order accuracy
- Occasional packing and labeling of client orders
- Checking in pallets of merchandise, verifying received counts, and placing pallets and boxes for picking
- Basic cleaning of the warehouse and workstation spaces
- Schedules include Sat-Wed or Sun-Thurs
- Weekday hours: 6am-4pm or 8am-6pm
- Weekend hours: 6am-3pm or 8am-5pm
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be a team player
- Must be personally driven
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand/walk for majority of shift
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays
- Communication is key!
$18 per hr bonuses
