What You’ll Do
• Lead daily store operations and sales performance
• Hire, train, coach, and develop top sales talent
• Drive KPIs, revenue, and customer experience excellence
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and loss prevention
• Lead by example and build a winning team culture
What You Bring
• 2 years wireless retail experience (high-volume preferred)
• 2–4 years retail management or sales leadership experience
• Strong coaching, communication, and sales mindset
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexible retail availability
