Pay: $15/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Expected total earnings are approximately $22–$26 per hour, depending on sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right phones, plans, and accessories.
- Deliver great customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Explain promotions and recommend products based on customer needs.
- Work toward sales goals and earn commission.
- Learn about the latest wireless products and technology.
- Work with your team to create a positive store experience.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, competitive drive, and willingness to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
