What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests walk in.
- Help customers find the right vape, hemp, mushroom, botanical wellness, and accessory products.
- Prepare and serve kava and specialty beverages.
- Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory.
- Learn our products through paid training and confidently educate customers.
- Follow all company policies, age-verification requirements, and industry regulations.
- Work with your team to create an outstanding customer experience every shift.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cash handling experience is required.
- Retail, restaurant, coffee shop, barista, hospitality, smoke shop, vape shop, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable with excellent attendance—you show up when you're scheduled.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
- Able to safely lift up to 60 pounds.
- Comfortable using a ladder to stock and organize merchandise.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
