About the Role
We are an independently owned business looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Remodeler / Handyman to join our team. This person will take the lead on residential remodeling projects and handle a wide range of repair and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading a small crew.
Honesty,loyalty, and a valid driver's license is vital. Having some of your own tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements, etc.)
- Perform general handyman tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring etc.
- Communicate with homeowners and ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Present yourself in a professional and pleasant manner
- Reliable and good work ethic
Qualifications
- Experience in remodeling or handyman work
- Strong skills in carpentry and general construction
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
- Ability to lift 50lbs or heavier
- Experience leading projects or small teams preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own tools preferred
