Requirements
- Proficiency with Toast POS is mandatory — applicants without Toast experience will not be considered
- Minimum 1–2 years of previous server experience required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings; wine service preferred
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-volume service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them through an elevated dining experience
- Accurately input orders into Toast POS and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, specials, and allergens
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper service etiquette
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
Compensation
Starting at $14.00/hour tips. Tips significantly increase total compensation.
