Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of a Lead Teacher
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues
- Communicate with parents about their child's day and progress
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
Requirements:
- Willing to gain experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Willing to develop communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors
- Ability to work as part of a team
