Luna is the top-selling home security camera brand on TikTok Shop. We make affordable AI-powered cameras that help everyday families protect their homes. Hundreds of thousands of households across the country already use them. TikTok is where we were built. We also sell on Amazon in the US, Canada, Mexico, and the UK, and on Mercado Libre, and major retail and new international markets are next.

We're backed by Alder Home Security, but inside our Orem office we run like a startup, and we like it that way. We're a small team that moves fast, talks straight, and cares more about results than titles. Most weeks something new gets tested, something breaks, and something takes off. Nobody waits for permission to try an idea, and nobody hides behind a task list.

We're also a little obsessed with TikTok. We watch our own feed, trade creator videos in the team chat, and study what's working for brands inside and outside our category. When we hit a record sales day or a creator video blows up, the whole office hears about it.

What that looks like day to day:

• Test it this week. We'd rather launch a scrappy test on Monday than spend a month perfecting a plan. Good ideas win no matter who they come from.
• Everyone owns a number. You'll know exactly what you're responsible for moving, and you'll see the results in days, not quarters.
• No layers. Short meetings, fast decisions, and direct access to leadership.
• Straight talk. We give direct feedback, own our mistakes, and skip the office politics.

The role

You'll run everything on the backend that makes our TikTok Shop grow: affiliates, ad spend, GMV Max, livestreams, and the reporting that ties it all together. You'll work directly with our VP of Sales, first to set strategy and then to carry it out day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in Seller Center.

What you'll do

Affiliates

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators through Affiliate Center (target, open, and shop collaborations)
• Set and adjust commission rates by product and creator tier
• Run the sample program end to end: approve requests, ship samples, and follow up until content goes live
• Spot top-performing creators and build long-term partnerships with them

Ads & GMV Max

• Launch, manage, and optimize GMV Max campaigns and own the TikTok ad budget
• Set ROI targets, monitor spend daily, and move budget toward what's working
• Boost top-performing creator and brand content

Livestreams

• Plan and schedule shop livestreams
• Manage hosts or agency partners
• Track LIVE performance and improve each stream

Shop operations & reporting

• Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and participation in TikTok campaigns and mega sales
• Deliver weekly reporting to the VP of Sales on GMV, ROAS, affiliate performance, and ad spend
• Forecast demand and coordinate inventory and promo planning with the team
• Keep up with TikTok Shop policy and feature changes and adjust quickly

What we're looking for

• 2 years hands-on managing a TikTok Shop from the seller side (Seller Center, Affiliate Center, GMV Max)
• A track record of growing GMV, with the numbers to show it
• Experience running an affiliate or creator program at scale
• Comfort managing ad budgets and making decisions based on ROAS
• Strong spreadsheet skills and an organized approach to juggling many moving parts
• Nice to have: consumer electronics, Amazon or other marketplace experience, livestream selling
