As our Real Estate Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and securing the next generation of Luna Grill locations across key markets. This role manages the full lifecycle of site acquisition — from market planning and site selection to financial analysis and lease negotiations — while collaborating across internal teams and building strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers.

🌍 What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Director of Development to execute Luna Grill’s real estate growth strategy in assigned markets.
- Conduct market research, trade area analysis, and demographic studies to identify and prioritize high-potential sites.
- Develop and present real estate strategies, including site packages and financial analyses, to secure real estate committee approvals.
- Negotiate business terms for letters of intent (LOIs) and leases, ensuring favorable financial and legal outcomes.
- Oversee due diligence processes, from site validation through lease execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and municipalities to secure quality development opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders — including Construction, Design, Finance, and Legal — to ensure sites transition smoothly from acquisition through opening.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure sites transition smoothly from Lease Execution through opening.
- Provide regular reporting on market activity, competitive landscape, and development opportunities to leadership.
- Track, maintain, and update real estate pipelines and project documentation for visibility and timely reporting.
💼 What You Bring
- 5 years of management-level experience in commercial real estate, preferably with restaurants or multi-unit retail brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to manage broker networks and landlord relationships.
- Proficiency with market analysis, demographic tools, and real estate software systems.
- Strong understanding of permitting, entitlements, and municipal development processes.
- Experience with GIS or other location intelligence tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%) to evaluate prospective sites and meet with key partners.
